STRENGTHENING YOUR BONES!

There are some foods that naturally stimulate bone strengthening. The denser your bones, the more of a chance you have to prevent conditions such as osteoporosis. Saving your body the trouble and pain of breaking bones should be one of the top priorities especially in aging women.

We know that milk does the trick but how can we achieve more dense bones? What foods encourage strong healthy bones in aging individuals? Well here they are the bone strengthening super foods:
• Nuts
• Whole wheat bread
• Onions
